At Oqea we think daily rituals make our lives that little bit better, so we have put together a short list of our favorites just for you. Enjoy!

1.     Daily wellbeing check-in

At Oqea we believe in tracking our wellbeing progress to ensure we can stay on top of all that life brings; the good, the bad and the ugly. By tracking our wellbeing we can see the trends in specific areas of our life like energy, sleep and our mood. By recognising patterns you can continue to maintain helpful behaviours that keep you moving in the right direction and make changes to unhelpful behaviours to live a happier, healthier life!

2.   Read one article a day

We can all benefit from reading an interesting article to do with mental health and wellbeing! Why not start your day by looking after your wellbeing and read an article over brekkie or your morning coffee. You might learn something new that could benefit you, a friend or a family member!

3.   Check in with a loved one

A small note can brighten someone’s day! In Oqea sending a quick message or sharing an article to a loved one or a mate is easy. Using Oqea you know that everything sent is kept private and secure so you don’t have to worry about sharing information with the wrong people.

4.   Journal your gratitude

We all know a small bit of gratitude can go a long way.
