Oqea corporate governance is aimed at improving corporate performance and accountability in creating long-term shareholder value. Our commitment is to improving the wellbeing and mental health of our members first and foremost, as well as those providers and organisations that choose to entrust their people to our care. The Oqea Board is responsible for the strategic direction and managing the risks of the company to fulfil its responsibilities by following the standards and procedures set out in the corporate governance charters.
