What's New At Oqea? July Product Update 2021

This past month has been a busy one at Oqea HQ with lots of new updates to the Oqea provider portal Oqea.net! Read on to learn more about the new features and how they could give you more ways and ideas of helping your clients' manage their wellbeing.

For Health and Wellbeing Professionals

Search Member Card Improvements

In addition to name, you can now search for members by mobile number and email address in the Search Member card. Search results also now show the member’s age and date of birth for easy reference.

Customisable dashboard

You can now customise your Oqea home dashboard by adding certain cards that are used most frequently e.g., quick notes, file upload or view the average wellbeing of all connected members. This feature is aimed at helping you improve the efficiency of your processes and enjoy your Oqea experience more!

Improved Services Billing

Following an online or telephone appointment Oqea will automatically send an invoice to your client on your behalf, improving efficiencies and lightening your load! No need to follow-up with an email or a phone call from your reception staff the next day. Everything is securely sent and stored within Oqea.net so nothing is lost or misplaced on a busy day!
