Update 1: You can now complete the Depression, Anxiety and Stress Scale (DASS) from the Journey page within Oqea!
The DASS pinpoints different areas of your life that could contribute to your stress levels for example. You can also use your answers to inform your health professionals or care team of how you have been feeling over a period of time which is useful for developing a treatment plan.

You can view the results and share these with your health professionals, friends or family as you please. Additionally, if multiple assessments are completed over time you can view any trends that may be apparent and track your progress from the home page.

Update 2: Searching for support just got easier!
Searching for professional support now includes keywords and autocompletes common searchese.g.‘anxi’ autocompletes to ‘anxiety’.
If you are a supporter of someone on Oqea but also have your own account you can switch between the two account views easily from the top right hand corner. Now that is connected wellbeing!

Update 3: Content from your health organisations
