The final week of Oqea’s physical wellbeing campaign! Focusing on an individual’s ability to improve our mental health and wellbeing through healthy living and good exercise habits.

During this campaign, Oqea was connecting with related professionals and health providers, creating and sharing useful information and resources, and coordinating activities to promote these areas and topics. Some highlights included….

Footy For Life

Oqea was the official digital mental health platform at Footy For Life. A charity fundraising event raising money for lifeline and Happiness Co where our good friend Oqea man helped the crowd do some stretches during the all-star game. Find our more about this fantastic event

Hawaiian Ride For Youth

The completion of the 2022 Hawaiian Ride For Youth (HRFY). Our amazing Oqea ride team completed the 700km feat with unbeatable smiles while supporting Youth focus. Here’s what Oqea CEO Martyn Weir had to say about his experience.

"How to Build Your Resilience Shield" supporting Youth Focus

We also hosted a fundraising event to support the 2022 HRFY. "How to Build Your Resilience Shield" was a physical and virtual luncheon where attendees heard from a range of mental health experts to improve their own wellbeing, whilst raising money to improve the wellbeing our our youth!. Kyle's Static Monster Challenge and Community Based Excersise

One of Oqea’s Co-founders Dr Kyle Hoath, completed the static monster challenge and spoke to us about community-based exercise and exercise in general for his own wellbeing.
