Who or what is the Oqea Wellbeing Counsellor:
Oqea supports improved access and timely mental health support availability via our Wellbeing Counselling Services. Oqea Cares Counsellors are mental health professionals, including registered mental health nurses, counsellors, and psychologists. By offering a range of interventions, including information provision, referral support options, goal setting for a lifestyle change or managing specific concerns, a wellbeing counsellor can assist and support members and clients to navigate their mental health and wellbeing journey. The 'Oqea Wellbeing Counsellor account is monitored by the clinical director of our Oqea cares department, who will facilitate the scheduling and assigning of your counselling session if you are one of the amazing people who decide to take up our fantastic premium offer.
